Cozy 4 bedroom Fixer Upper house! Built in 1905, this house has been renovated and can sleep up to 8 people. 10 minutes from the Silos and other shopping in Waco. Only 5 minutes from the trails at Cameron Park! Garage parking available. STR000560-04-2019

The house is perfect for a family or group here to see the sights of Waco! The master has a large bathroom with a walk in shower and a huge bathtub for relaxing! The second bedroom has local antiques from our favorite spots here in Waco (as you will see throughout the house) and sleeps 2. The two adorable studies are cozy and perfect for kids or adults. If you need an extra bed the couch in the living room pulls out into a memory foam queen size bed. This house has been touched from top to bottom by the amazing Magnolia style and is ready for you!

My brother-in-law Jeff lives in apartment above the detached garage. If you need anything during your stay he is just steps away, but will not be present on the property beyond the garage unless he’s needed.

You will have access to the entire house and backyard! Also garage parking.

Waco is a city that is extremely diverse! You may see a mansion on one corner and a true "fixer upper" on the next! Most of the city is going through an extensive revitalization project or transition stages with some construction areas as you should expect to see boarded up homes, new construction homes and rehabbed homes through out along with homes that haven't started the transition yet.

Our neighbors are very friendly and welcoming and the neighborhood itself is fairly quiet and full of families that have been there for 20+ years! We have never had any crime or problems at our property but rest assured we do have 24 hr surveillance on the outer perimeter of the home.

We love the progress Waco is making and can't wait to see it grow to its full potential in the coming years! If you or your party are not comfortable staying in a transitional neighborhood please consider choosing another home.
